Manufacturing Methods

We maintain an effective manufacturing methods in order to produce wide range of products to our valued clients. We perform our complete production process in following steps:

• First, quality prone raw material is procured
• Then, Plastic Granules are co-extruded with Ultra Violet or UV stabilizers
• Extruded Granules are tested in our well equipped Lab
• Pulverized powder is then poured into the molds
• Then the mold tanks are taken to the furnace
• Molds are then taken out of the furnace
• Lastly, Molded Containers are taken out of the molds
